１９９５年には、世界的にも有名なホテル、ラッフルズホテルでの演奏に参加し、そこで結成したトリオで６年以上にわたり演奏を続けました(see
letter). 時々シンガポールにやってきては、ラッフルズホテルに滞在し、私のトリオと一緒に演奏を楽しむミュージシャンもいました。日本のカシオペアのドラマー、Akira Jimbo や、イギリスのシンガー、キャロル・キッド、また米国のサックスプレーヤー、ゴードン・ブリスカーなどがその一例です。こうした仕事の雰囲気はいつも心から楽しめる、そしてリラックスするものでした。この時期はミュージシャンの夢（そしてもちろん、私の夢）が現実になったと思った時期でした。
