I topped the historical company sales record for earnings in my first year, and became the real estate salesperson of the year in 1987, followed by higher annual sales records in 1988 and '89. Clients and deals included relocation of businesses to Brooklyn, overseas investors, small businesses, corporate and banking real estate divisions, artistic and cultural organizations, and liason with government authorities like the Brooklyn Borough Presidents Office. 1982-1987 - Chako Productions, Sole Proprietor/President/Performance Artist Performed in various groups on Long Island and in the Upstate New York area.
